　「週刊Steam VRニュース」は、Steamで配信されるVRコンテンツを中心に、一週間分の新作情報をまとめてお届けするコーナーです。

　今週は12月16日 ～ 12月22日に配信された新作VRタイトルをお届けします。

　今週はスーパーでレジの業務をしながら、襲ってくるフルーツを銃で破壊していくゲーム「Shooty Fruity」です。何を言っているかよくわからないと思いますが、本当にそんなゲームです。

　主人公はスーパーの店員になり、ベルトに流れてくる商品をスキャンするというレジ業務をこなしていきます。そうこうしているとなぜかフルーツが怒り始めて、プレイヤーに襲いかかってくるので、銃で破壊していきます。

　しかもレジ打ちをこなしていくと新しい武器を購入できたりと成長要素も盛り込まれています。日本語に完全対応しており、ガイド役のアナウンスまで日本語なため、すんなりと楽しめる作品になっています。

　レジ業務＋シューティングという異色の組み合わせはおそらく初めてでしょうし、このカオスな世界観をぜひ楽しんでいただきたい作品です。
